People automatically assume that I’m called “The Farmer’s Daughter” because I’m talking about my dad but it’s actually my mum who has been the driving force behind my business.

I developed The Farmer’s Daughter Irish beef brand because, like you, I love honest, good quality local food. Everything I produce has to be as natural as possible. My main aim is that the customer can understand all the ingredients on the back of the packet. I find reading the back of packets these days so puzzling because you have no idea what’s going into your food. This inspired me to create a range of tempting 100% traceable Irish free roaming beef products , that have absolutely No Additives, Preservatives, Water, Sugar, Soya, Wheat or Gluten. I never add anything that you can’t pronounce, so you know exactly what’s in every bite!
OUR SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE
Our beef comes from our own herd of cattle on the farm. The rest of the ingredients we use can be found within a 50 mile radius. All the energy we use comes from renewable sources and this year we built the largest wind turbine in Ireland 150 metres high. We are constantly trying to reduce electricity.
